It doesn't matter if you are 25 or 85 years old you have the power to influence your health and change how you feel each day! It is truly awesome to wake up each morning with a smile on your face and feel truly grateful that you have the opportunity to live one more day.

Our bodies and minds are tools we have available to us to navigate life. It is crucial that we nourish both properly. I live each day with the vision of being better than I was yesterday. The improvements I have made in my health over the past thirty-five years at times astounds me!

Through proper nutrition I have healed my body of lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, high blood pressure, and seizures. Also, through proper nutrition, I have successfully reduced the only medication I am prescribed by 69%. My ultimate goal is to be medication free. But I must say, I am a patient woman! I listen to the great communicator, my body, and never give up because feeling good, both physically and mentally, are priceless to me.
